This action will ensure that effective coordination and administration is carried out among all project partners so that the LIFE Lynx Project will succeed. A steering group will help delegate roles and responsibilities so that each action of the project is carried out efficiently and on time. Overall project coordination among partners will be the responsibility of the Slovenia Forest Service (SFS) as the coordinating beneficiary.

In this obligatory action, we will assess how our project meets important environmental and climate change goals under the overall LIFE programme. We will compile project-based information to complete the qualitative and quantitative outcome indicator tables as specified under the LIFE programme. Specific attention will be given to assessing the costs and benefits of the conservation actions implemented in the project with respect to the overall LIFE programme.

This action will ensure that a LIFE Conservation Plan is developed to disseminate the results of the project so that our successes are adopted and sustained in future trans-boundary lynx management in the project area. The plan will present how conservation activities will continue to be implemented and developed after the end of the project and how the long-term management of the population will be assured.
